• First Choice Auto Parts LTD extends a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers you in case of any mishaps.  

•  International Returns: If you're sending items back to us from outside the UK, please ensure you fill out a customs declaration and clearly mark it as "returned goods". If your package is held at UK customs and incurs a fee, we will not cover the charge, and the package will be sent back to you. We will not pay any customs duties to retrieve our parts and there would be no refund.

 The warranty and refund will not be applicable under the following circumstances:  

• Items lost in transit due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

• Returned items that are not in their original condition or have been tampered with or reprogrammed.

• Warranty period has expired.

Refunds : 

• Square's refund process typically takes 2-7 business days to be sent to the customer's card and an additional 2-7 business days to be posted to the customer's account. Therefore, it may take up to 9-14 days for the customer to receive their full refund.

• Paypal refunds usually take 3-5 business days for the customer to receive their refund.
