Kindly ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available and the item is returned, please note that the P&P (postage & packaging) fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

You have the option to collect all parts from our shop. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. To ensure a smooth collection process, we kindly request that you contact our Customer Service Team before arriving at the shop. This way, we can have your order prepared in advance or arrange a collection time, even outside of our regular working hours, to accommodate your needs. 

• Please note that all our auto parts are extracted from vehicles that are designed for RIGHT-HAND drive. 

• Certain electrical parts may necessitate re-setting, reprogramming, or coding. For these situations, we recommend seeking assistance from a qualified specialist. 

• The item you will receive is precisely depicted in the pictures. Kindly inspect the product for any marks, scratches, cracks, or damages as we take care to emphasize and highlight any such issues. 

• The buyer holds the responsibility to verify the suitability of the part for their vehicle. This can be achieved by cross-referencing the part number, seeking advice from a professional mechanic, and/or reaching out to our customer service team. 

• For all purchased engines, it is mandatory to have a new timing belt/cam belt/chain installed and fresh oil filled during the installation process. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in voiding the warranty. 

• Regarding all driveshafts: Please be aware that the CV joint is not included in our testing process. It is necessary to fit all driveshafts with a new CV joint accessory, irrespective of the item's condition. 

• The deposit payment should be made during our working hours, which are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. 

• Accordingly the item is dismantled and pictures are uploaded on our website.

• Customer provided with a link to finish the purchase of the item.

• The amount of the deposit is considered a dismantling fee and is only refundable if: The dismantling results in a damaged item, or, the item does not work.

• The deposit is non-refundable in the following circumstances: One the customer changed his mind, or, canceled order for any reason

,   

• The rest of the transaction was not completed within 48H.

First Choice Auto Parts LTD provides a 30-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. 

The warranty and refund will not be applicable under the following circumstances: 

• Items lost in transit due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 
• Returned items that are not in their original condition or have been tampered with or reprogrammed.
• Warranty period has expired.

Please take note  

• Square's refund process typically takes 2-7 business days to be sent to the customer's card and an additional 2-7 business days to be posted to the customer's account. Therefore, it may take up to 9-14 days for the customer to receive their full refund. 
• Paypal refunds usually take 3-5 business days for the customer to receive their refund.
